~ Meet the Authors ~

R.S. James

R.S. James is an up and coming romance author. An avid reader. I am a mom, aunt, wife, sister, daughter, and friend. When I’m not writing I’m a sports mom of two wonderful children. I enjoy sitting on the porch enjoying nature with the love of my life.

I began writing with the encouragement of my dear friends and fellow authors Jaime Russell and Darleen Tallman. And of course, the voices demanding their stories be told.

Kayt Miller

Kayt enjoys writing steamy love stories about curvy Heroines (big H) and brawny Heroes. Sometimes they're all about that instant-attraction, sometimes the stories are more of a slow burn. Either way, they're hot.

Lulu M. Sylvian

Bio-engineered to be the only redhead in a generation of blonds, Lulu feels that “aliens” may actually be the best answer for a lifetime of being asked, “Where did you get that red hair from?”

She did not come into writing from years of scribbling words on paper. Her background is rooted in visual arts and making pictures. Encouraged to make those pictures out of words Lulu began writing just to see what would happen. What happened was two full-length manuscripts in three months.

Lulu cannot ride a horse, a motorcycle, spin a hula hoop, or play roller derby. Yes, she has attempted all of those, even if it has been decades since she’s been on a horse or a motorcycle. She embraces the crazy that comes with the one little genetic mutation that giver her red hair, and attempts to live up to the reputation that proceeds her. Lulu would like to apologize for her contribution to the hole in the ozone layer from her use of hairspray in the 1980’s.

K.A. Graham

K.A. Graham grew up in a small town in Oregon. Through the years, her love for writing and poetry, turned into something she had only dreamt of. Writing her own book. She's faced many obstacles in her life, but the love and devotion of her parents have always kept her grounded.

She is an avid reader, blogger and does PA work for a few authors, which keeps her quite busy. Hard rock music lover and horror movie buff, with a love and appreciation for tattoos. Her addictions include copious amounts of caffeine, Chinese food and Haribos candy.

Barb Shuler

Barb is a Carolina Girl by right and a Texan by birth. By day she’s a desk jockey for a rural transportation company and a book lover -  reading through as many books as she can. At night, though, she turns into her alter ego: a writer. Cape, optional, depending on her mood.

Her stories are a mix of real life events, her own personal experiences, the crazy workings of her imagination, and the imaginations of her best friends. And with their imaginations together, it can get a bit nutty at times. Barb writes in multiple genres, encounters new adventures, creates new worlds and has a fantastic time breathing life into new stories. Creating something she hopes inspires anyone who reads them to fall in love with them as much as she has.

Barb lives by one little rule, tomorrow is never guaranteed so make sure you live each day to its fullest.

Lauren Firminger

Lauren Firminger has had a love affair for books her whole life. From the fairy tales that were read to her as a young girl to the stories of love and loss that would distract her as a teenager.

It wasn't until attending her first signing as a reader, in Sydney, that she discovered the world of Indie authors that would ignite her spark of writing once again.

Taking a leap of faith, Lauren published her debut novel, Learning to Fly. From there, the characters continued to speak with her and three years, seven books later, the words continue to flow. From military romance to motorcycle clubs, Lauren tests the boundaries of them all and hides inside the worlds she creates.
