A wonderful high 5 Stars for The Debutante is Mine! This story was a tad slow to start off but it soon captures the reader and I was not able to put it down! Our heroine Miss Lilah Appleton must find a wealthy aristocrat before the end of her third season or face marrying her horrid cousin. So, she, her cousin and aunt with the help of the dashing Jack Marlowe set out to help her become "The Original" and find her mate. Jack Marlowe is is a self-made man, he's a bastard son and he dislikes everything about the aristocracy and their nutty rules for society. He feels sorry for Miss Lilah as he saw his mother's own demise and fall from society. So he wants to help her find her mate, only he didn't plan on falling for her himself. The more these two are around each other, the more they fall for one another. Can these two find a way to be together? Will Lilah be able to marry for love or be forced to marry her dreadful cousin? Read on to find out how this amazing tale turns out, you won't be disappointed!
