Oh. My. Goodness. This book is so irresistible! A Huge 5 Stars for The Duke of Danger by Darcy Burke. Her The Untouchables series just gets better and better! Duke Lionel Maitland has a troubling past, he's killed a man in a duel and is forever scarred as the Duke of Danger, then he kills yet again and this time he leaves behind a widow. Through his guilt and shame he offers to help her. Lady Emmaline is expected to marry the man her parents have chosen for her, but she wants nothing to do with him. So she seeks the aid of Lord Lionel who owes her big time for taking her husbands life. Whilst both run from their paths a deep passion soon ensues and both find their hearts opening up to the other. Burke's writing is impeccable and with each book this series just gets better and better.
